Medicaid moneys not to be used for other purposes

Known as the Omnibus Nursing Home Act

A health care provider or vendor shall not knowingly use any moneys paid to him under Medicaid for services provided to any resident for any purpose other than that permitted by the provisions of chapter 208 or state regulations or federal regulations or statutes governing Medicaid reimbursement.
