If petition sufficient county commission to order election

If the territory, petition and proceedings meet the requirements of this chapter, the commissioners of the county commission shall in and by the order finding and determining the sufficiency of the petition and that the territory meets the requirements of the chapter * order the question to be submitted to the voters of the proposed district.
