Results of election to be entered in county records

Known as the The Hospital District Law

The county commissioners shall cause the order determining and declaring results of the election to be entered upon the records of the commission and a certified copy thereof shall be filed with the county clerk of each other county in which the proposed district lies who shall cause the same to be spread upon the records of the county commission. If the order shows that the majority of the votes cast on the question are in favor thereof, the order shall declare the district organized.
