Known as the Missouri Long-term Care Partnership Program Act
The act spans §§ 208–208 (229 sections).

The department of social services or its divisions shall prepare separate rolls of persons entitled to benefits or compensation for:
(1) Supplemental payments;
(2) Aid to dependent children;
(3) Aid or public relief;
(4) Administrative personnel services and expenses;
(5) Any other grant, aid, pension, assistance or welfare services administered by the department of social services or its divisions.
