Mo. Rev. Stat. § 21.615

Automatic introduction of filed bills

Effective: 28 Aug 1971; (L. 1971 H.B. 156 § 4)

Bills filed during the filing period with the secretary of the senate or clerk of the house shall be automatically introduced on the opening day of that session of the general assembly which next succeeds the last day of the filing period in which the bills were filed.
