Definitions
Known as the Uniform Parentage Act
The act spans §§ 210–210 (215 sections).
Effective: 28 Aug 1983; (L. 1983 H.B. 550 § 1)
As used in sections 210.170 to 210.173 and section 143.1000, the following terms shall mean:
(1) "Board", the children's trust fund board created in section 210.170;
(2) "Prevention program", any community-based educational or service program designed to prevent or alleviate child abuse or neglect.
