Board may parole prisoner held on warrant

Known as the Uniform Mandatory Disposition of Detainers Law

The act spans §§ 217–217 (166 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1982; (L. 1982 H.B. 1196 § 130)

When a court or other authority has issued a warrant against a person, the board may release him on parole to answer the warrant of such court or authority.
