Mo. Rev. Stat. § 226.070

Attorney general shall advise commission, when

Effective: 28 Aug 1939; (RSMo 1939 § 8747)

When directed by the governor, or requested in writing by the commission, the attorney general shall advise the commission and shall assist the legal adviser of the commission in any proceeding in any of the courts of the state in which the commission is a party.
