The portion of State Highway 72 in a county of the third classification without a township form of government and with more than ten thousand six hundred inhabitants but less than ten thousand seven hundred inhabitants and in a county of the third classification without a township form of government and with more than eleven thousand seven hundred fifty inhabitants but less than eleven thousand eight hundred fifty inhabitants shall be designated the "Sergeant Randy Sullivan Memorial Highway".
