The portion of U.S. Highway 60 one mile east of U.S. Highway 65 to the U.S. Highway 60 and U.S. Highway 65 intersection shall be designated the "Trooper Russell Harper Memorial Highway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by the Missouri Troopers' Association.
