James B. Tatum Highway designated for a portion of I-49 in Newton County

Known as the State Highway Utility Relocation Act

The act spans §§ 227–227 (378 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 2014; (L. 2014 H.B. 1866)

The portion of Interstate Highway 49 in Newton County from the intersection of Highway 60 to the Newton-McDonald County line shall be designated the "James B. Tatum Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway with the costs to be paid by private donations.
