The portion of State Highway 133 beginning one mile south of State Highway T to one mile north of State Highway T in Pulaski County shall be designated the "CPL Homer Hoover Shultz Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
