Purpose of district — district to be political subdivision

Known as the Missouri Transportation Development District Act

The act spans §§ 238–238 (81 sections).

1. A district may be created to fund, promote, plan, design, construct, improve, maintain, and operate one or more projects or to assist in such activity.

2. A district is a political subdivision of the state.
