Commission and authority may provide assistance, how

Known as the Missouri Transportation Development District Act

The commission and local transportation authorities may contract with a district to provide it assistance in project funding, promotion, planning, design, right-of-way acquisition, relocation assistance services, construction, maintenance, and operation. The commission or any local transportation authority may charge the district a reasonable fee, not exceeding the actual cost of providing the service.
