Petition for dissolution of district, contents, where filed — submission of..

Whenever a petition signed by not less than one hundred voters in any district organized under the provisions of sections 247.230 to 247.670 shall have been filed with the circuit court having jurisdiction over said district, setting forth all relevant facts pertaining to said district, and alleging that the further operation of said district is inimicable to the best interests of the inhabitants of said district, and that said district should, in the interest of the public welfare and safety, be dissolved, said circuit court shall have authority, after hearing evidence submitted on the aforesaid question, to order a submission of the question, which shall be submitted in substantially the following form:
