The general assembly of the state of Missouri hereby ratifies a compact on behalf of the state of Missouri with any other state legally joining therein in the form substantially as follows:

Interstate earthquake emergency compact
Known as the Multipurpose Water Resource Act
The act spans §§ 256–256 (99 sections).
