Known as the Multipurpose Water Resource Act

Effective: 28 Aug 1992; (L. 1992 S.B. 661 & 620 § 22 subsecs. 1, 2)

1. There is hereby established a public corporation to be known as the "Southeast Missouri Regional Water District". The district may include all or part of the following counties: Scott, Mississippi, Stoddard, Butler, New Madrid, Pemiscot and Dunklin.

2. The southeast Missouri regional water district shall be governed by a commission comprised of one person from each county in the district.
