Mo. Rev. Stat. § 26.101

Use of facsimile signature by governor authorized

Effective: 28 Aug 1957; (L. 1957 p. 499 § 1)

A facsimile of the governor's signature applied at his direction and under his supervision shall be deemed the governor's handwritten signature for all purposes.
