Revocation of movement permit, procedure

Known as the Missouri Apiculture Law

The act spans §§ 264–264 (13 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1978; (L. 1978 S.B. 683 § 7)

Any permit for movement of bees or used beekeeping equipment into the state, or any health certificate, may be revoked for cause by the director. Notice of such revocation shall be in writing and shall be mailed, by certified mail, to the last known address of the holder of the permit or certificate.
