Right of entry

Known as the Missouri Apiculture Law

The director, his assistants, or inspectors shall have the right of entry for the performance of his official duties upon any premises where bees are kept only when the director, his assistants, or inspectors have probable cause to believe that the bees located on such premises are diseased or pest infested.
