Sales record to be kept

Known as the Missouri Livestock Marketing Law

The licensee shall maintain and keep a complete record so that the state veterinarian, his deputy or any peace officer may ascertain therefrom the origin and destination of each animal sold by the licensee within one year next after date of the sale.
