Penalties

Known as the Missouri Livestock Marketing Law

Any person, or any officer, agent, representative or employee of such person, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and in addition thereto his or their license is subject to suspension or revocation by the state veterinarian.
