The division may sue and be sued in its official name. The division shall have an official seal bearing the inscription: "The Division of Workers' Compensation of the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations". The official seal of the commission or division shall be affixed to all writs and authentication of copies of records, papers on file, and to such other instruments as the commission or division shall direct. Copies of the records and proceedings of the commission or division, and of all papers on file in its office, certified under the seal, shall be evidence in all courts of the state.
