Any person, corporation, his or its directors, officers or agents, or any other person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which a penalty has not herein been specifically provided, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than one week and not more than one year or both such fine and imprisonment.
