Liability, limitation of

Known as the The Workers' Compensation Law

The act spans §§ 287–287 (172 sections).

There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall lie, whether at law or in equity, against, any member employer, the guaranty corporation or its agents or employees, the board of directors, or the division of workers' compensation, or any of its employees or representatives, on account of any action or inaction taken by any of them in the administration of this workers' compensation self-insurer's guaranty fund, or in the performance of their powers and duties under sections 287.860 to 287.885.
