Mo. Rev. Stat. § 301.031

Notwithstanding the twenty-five mile * operations limit imposed in section 301.010 upon local commercial motor vehicles, a local commercial motor vehicle licensed for forty-eight thousand pounds gross weight and above may be used to haul solid waste as defined in section 260.200 up to sixty miles from the municipality in which its operations are otherwise confined and still be eligible to register as a local commercial motor vehicle.
