Effective and expiration dates
Known as the Motorist Insurance Identification Database Act
The act spans §§ 303.010 to 303.440 (63 sections).
Effective: 01 Jul 2002, 2 histories, see footnote; (L. 1999 S.B. 19 §§ 6, D, A.L. 2000 H.B. 1797)
1. Sections 303.400 and 303.403 shall become effective on July 1, 2002, and shall expire on June 30, 2007.
2. The enactment of section 303.025, and the repeal and reenactment of sections 303.406, 303.409, 303.412 and 303.415 shall become effective July 1, 2002 and sections 303.406, 303.409 and 303.412 shall expire on June 30, 2007.
