Leaving aircraft running — penalty

Known as the The Missouri-St. Louis Metropolitan Airport Authority Law

The act spans §§ 305–305 (85 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1939; (RSMo 1939 § 15115)

Any person who shall leave any aircraft with its engine running, and unoccupied by a person able to control the same, and without blocking the same in such manner as to prevent such aircraft from moving, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
