Mo. Rev. Stat. § 307.080

Auxiliary lamps — number — location — violation, penalty

Effective: 28 Aug 1996; (L. 1941 p. 438 § 8386g, A.L. 1996 H.B. 1047)

1. Any motor vehicle may be equipped with not to exceed three auxiliary lamps mounted on the front at a height not less than twelve inches nor more than forty-two inches above the level surface upon which the vehicle stands.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 307.120, violation of this section is an infraction.
