Violation of wholesale price regulations, misdemeanor — suspension of license

Alleged violations of sections 311.332, 311.333, and 311.335 shall be reported to the supervisor of alcohol and tobacco control. Any person violating any provisions of sections 311.332, 311.333, and 311.335 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and it shall be the duty of the supervisor of alcohol and tobacco control to suspend or revoke the license of any wholesaler violating any of the provisions of sections 311.332, 311.333, and 311.335.
