Inspection of breweries — by whom

Known as the Liquor Control Law

Every person, partnership, or corporation who shall erect or keep a brewery for the manufacture or brewing of beer, or other malt products within this state, for the purpose of offering the same for sale, shall cause the same to be inspected by the said supervisor of liquor control or his agents.
