Inspection of beer — exported out of state

Known as the Liquor Control Law

The act spans §§ 311–311 (158 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1939; (RSMo 1939 § 4927)

All beer as defined in this chapter, or other intoxicating malt liquors manufactured in the state and exported outside of the state for sale, shall be inspected as other liquors designated in this chapter, but said inspection shall be free of cost to the manufacturer.
