Failure of supervisor and employees to perform duties

Known as the Liquor Control Law

If the supervisor of liquor control or any of his employees or agents shall fail to perform any of the duties imposed upon them by this chapter, or shall in any manner violate any of the provisions thereof, he or they shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, if the supervisor of liquor control or any of his employees or agents shall fail to faithfully perform the duties enjoined upon them by this chapter, they may be removed from office by the governor.
