Unclaimed prizes — moneys to revert to state lottery fund

Known as the State Lottery Law

Unclaimed prize money shall be retained by the commission for the person entitled thereto for one hundred eighty days after the time at which the prize was awarded. If no claim is made for the prize within one hundred eighty days, the prize money shall be reverted to the state lottery fund.
