Mo. Rev. Stat. § 316.100

Penalty for violations

Any person who shall give any public amusement, entertainment or exhibition in any building not constructed and arranged as required in this chapter, or who shall violate or permit the violation of any of its requirements shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition thereto the prosecuting attorney of any county or the circuit attorney of the city of St. Louis shall have the right to apply for injunctive relief to enjoin, restrain, and prohibit the operation of any building of assembly of persons for theatrical performances and for buildings of public amusement and entertainment not complying with the provisions of sections 316.060 to 316.100.
