Labeling requirement for personal protective equipment, violation, penalty

Known as the Volunteer Firefighter Job Protection Act

The act spans §§ 320–320 (75 sections).

1. No person or other legal entity shall label personal protective equipment as meeting the standards set forth in subsection 2 of section 320.088 unless such equipment does in fact meet such standards.

2. Any person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 of this section is guilty of a class E felony.
