Mo. Rev. Stat. § 324.014

License status, change in to be reported to current employer by licensing body

Known as the Occupational Therapy Practice Act

Any board, commission, committee, council, or office within the division of professional registration shall notify any known current employer of a change in a licensee's license and discipline status. An employer may provide a list of current licensed employees and make a request in writing to the board, commission, committee, council, or office within the division of professional registration responsible for the licensee's license, to be notified upon a change in the licensing status of any such licensed employee. Nothing in this section shall be construed as requiring the board, commission, committee, council, or office within the division of professional registration to determine the current employer of any person whose license is sanctioned.
