Felony conviction not a bar to licensure, when

Known as the Occupational Therapy Practice Act

The act spans §§ 324–324 (186 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 2008; (L. 2008 S.B. 788)

Except as otherwise specifically provided by law, no license for any occupation or profession shall be denied solely on the grounds that an applicant has been previously convicted of a felony.
