Missouri board of occupational therapy fund created

Known as the Occupational Therapy Practice Act

The act spans §§ 324–324 (186 sections).

All money held in the health care providers fund shall be transferred to the "Missouri Board of Occupational Therapy Fund" which is hereby created. The provisions of section 33.080 to the contrary notwithstanding, money in the Missouri board of occupational therapy fund shall not be transferred and placed to the credit of general revenue until the amount in the fund at the end of the biennium exceeds three times the amount of appropriation from the fund for the preceding fiscal year. All fees shall be set at an amount which shall not substantially exceed the cost of administering sections 324.050 to 324.089.
