Compliance with licensing requirements, rules by the board

Known as the Occupational Therapy Practice Act

The act spans §§ 324–324 (186 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1997; (L. 1997 S.B. 141 § 30)

The board shall develop by rule a system for monitoring a license holder's compliance with the requirements of sections 324.125 to 324.183. Rules adopted pursuant to this section shall include procedures for monitoring a license holder who is ordered by the board to perform certain acts to ascertain that the license holder performs the required acts and to identify and monitor license holders who represent a risk to the public.
