Mo. Rev. Stat. § 326.328

Secretary of state to act as applicant's agent, when

Known as the Missouri Accountancy Act

The act spans §§ 326–326 (27 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 2001; (L. 2001 H.B. 567)

Application by a person or a firm not a resident of this state shall constitute and authorize appointment of the Missouri secretary of state as the applicant's agent upon whom process may be served in any action or proceeding against the applicant arising out of any transaction or operation connected with or incidental to services performed within this state.
