Mo. Rev. Stat. § 327.141

Application, form, fee

Applications for licensure as an architect shall be typewritten on prescribed forms furnished to the applicant. The application shall contain the applicant's statements showing the applicant's education, experience, results of previous architectural licensing examinations, if any, and such other pertinent information as the board may require. Each application shall contain a statement that it is made under oath or affirmation and that its representations are true and correct to the best knowledge and belief of the person signing the application, subject to the penalties of making a false affidavit or declaration and shall be accompanied by the required fee.
