Mo. Rev. Stat. § 334.035

Application for permanent license, postgraduate training requirement

Known as the Intractable Pain Treatment Act

Except as otherwise provided in section 334.036, every applicant for a permanent license as a physician and surgeon shall provide the board with satisfactory evidence of having successfully completed such postgraduate training in hospitals or medical or osteopathic colleges as the board may prescribe by rule.
