Mo. Rev. Stat. § 334.1212

Active duty military personnel or their spouses

Known as the Intractable Pain Treatment Act

The act spans §§ 334–334 (194 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 2016; (L. 2016 H.B. 1816 merged with S.B. 608 merged with S.B. 635 merged with S.B. 973)

A licensee who is active duty military or is the spouse of an individual who is active duty military may designate one of the following as the home state:

A. Home of record;

B. Permanent change of station (PCS); or

C. State of current residence if it is different than the PCS state or home of record.
