Mo. Rev. Stat. § 34.190

Determine size and number of reports to be printed

Known as the Transparency in Private Attorney Contracts Act

The commissioner of administration shall, except as otherwise directed by the general assembly, have the power to determine the number of copies and number of pages of subject material in each document printed under the commissioner's supervision. The number of reports ordered shall not in any case exceed the probable and reasonable demands of the state therefor. Each state agency, before submitting any report to the commissioner of administration for printing, shall carefully edit such report, consolidating statistical tables, condensing or summarizing where possible and eliminating all matter which is of interest to individuals chiefly and not important information concerning public affairs.
