Known as the Hearing Instrument Specialists Act

The act spans §§ 346–346 (27 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1995; (L. 1984 H.B. 1036 §§ 1, 2, A.L. 1995 S.B. 69, et al.)

1. Any individual, firm, corporation, partnership, trust, or association, and any officer, director, partner, trustee, agent, or employee thereof who violates the provisions of section 346.110 is guilty of a class B misdemeanor. Each violation shall be deemed a separate offense and prosecuted individually.

2. In addition to other remedies, an action of injunction may be brought and maintained by the state of Missouri to enjoin any violation of section 346.110.
