Known as the Missouri Limited Liability Company Act

A foreign limited liability company may cancel its registration by filing with the secretary articles of cancellation signed on its behalf by a manager, member or other authorized agent. A cancellation does not terminate the authority of the secretary to accept service of process on the foreign limited liability company with respect to causes of action arising out of the transactions of business in this state.
