Known as the Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development Loan Act

1. Debts incurred by the Missouri technology corporation established pursuant to the authority of sections 348.251 to 348.275 do not represent or constitute a debt of this state within the meaning of the provisions of the constitution or statutes of this state.

2. The Missouri technology corporation established pursuant to sections 348.251 to 348.275 shall be subject to all provisions of chapter 355 which do not conflict with the provisions of sections 348.251 to 348.275.
