Mo. Rev. Stat. § 351.1165

Notice of dissolution

Known as the Missouri Cooperative Associations Act

The act spans §§ 351–351 (291 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 2011; (L. 2011 S.B. 366)

Before a cooperative begins dissolution, a notice of intent to dissolve shall be filed with the secretary of state. The notice shall contain:

(1) The name of the cooperative;

(2) The date and place of the members' meeting at which the resolution was approved; and

(3) A statement that the requisite vote of the members approved the proposed dissolution.
