Known as the Missouri Cooperative Associations Act

Effective: 28 Aug 1971; (L. 1971 S.B. 59 § 2)

All public and private corporations shall have the power to apply to the proper authorities of the United States government for a grant, and when such a grant is issued, to establish and operate foreign trade zones under the provisions of the Foreign Trade Zones Act of 1934 as amended as of September 28, 1971.
